In the area of 5 ha, located between the streets Mialki Szlak and Poleze, we built complex of production halls and warehouses with a total area of 20,000 square meters. We are planning further expansion. Old hall F will be destroyed and in 2018. we’ll start construction of the new hall F aprox. 3’000 sq.m. – visualization and design in tab “PLAN”.

The location is for us and our tenants paramount. We are in the city, only 1 km from the Old Town and very close to the most important roads: S7 (outlet to Warsaw) and Sucharskiego Route (to the port and the ring road of Tricity).


The complex is managed perfectly, proven by the fact that most of our tenants have been with us for almost 20 years.
