On behalf of SKKW joint-stock company with its registered office in Gdańsk, I would like to inform you that on May 22, 2018, there was a transformation of a limited liability company under

the name SKKW limited liability company with its registered office in Gdańsk into SKKW joint-stock company. On May 22, 2018, the transformed company was entered into the National

Court Register under the number KRS 0000732544. The change of the legal form does not affect the continuation of economic activity. According to Art. 553 of the Code of Commercial

Companies, SKKW joint-stock company based in Gdańsk is the legal successor of the transformed company (general succession). The company retains its current address, tax identification

number and REGON number as well as the bank account number. The transformation of the company’s legal form does not affect the validity of the contracts concluded so far.
